The definition of leadership.

The action of leading a group of people or an organisation, or the ability to do this.

It means they lead a group or business and they 
kind of control that group.

How Can I Take Lead In My Family, Life, Friends and Learning

Family
I can take a lead in my family by helping my Mum and Dad do jobs around that house because my Dad is always busy and my mum needs help.

Life
I can be a better person and help others at school and home.

Friends
I can help them with there work and play with them. I can also be a better friend and help then pick there self up if they are down and solve problems if something happens.

Learning
I can ask for help and try answering questions even if I don't know them.

Leadership hero

My leadership hero is Amanda Wilson because she
loves horses riding like me.

She inspired me because even though she was poor
when she was little she pulled throw it and now
she is famous.

I also like how she said if she didn't win they weren't allowed to ride that next weekend and she said that it made her work more harder so she could get better and better and she got to ride more.

A real leader shows that they can work 

well with others 

and can be confidents and ask questions 

and give things ago.

They help others, Be confident, 

they respect the environment and more. 

They have ideas and if they don't

they think and have a go.

They like to speak in assembly and in front of people.

They get all there work done and they are careing 

and they are brave.
